Privacy policy

Short version: we collect very little, only so we can reply, and we never sell it. The full version is below.

Who we are

Tasta, a design and development studio in Chișinău. Write to us at hello@tasta.dev with any question about your data.

What we collect

• Your e-mail address, and nothing else. You leave it so we can contact you. We don’t ask for a name, a message or anything else.
• Anti-spam technical data: your IP address at the moment you send it, used only to limit abuse. We don’t attach it to a profile and we don’t reuse it.
• Anonymous statistics: we use Umami, an analytics tool that sets no cookies and identifies nobody. We see aggregate numbers (how many visitors, which pages), never who you are.

What we don’t do

• No tracking or advertising cookies.
• We don’t ask for data we don’t need in order to reply.
• We don’t sell or rent your data.
• No unsolicited newsletters.

Who else processes it

E-mails are delivered through Resend (an e-mail processor) and the site is hosted on Vercel. Your address also reaches our own internal record of enquiries, hosted by us. All of them process the data strictly to make the service work, under their own privacy policies.

How long we keep it

Your address stays in our mailbox and in the enquiry record for as long as the conversation is relevant, at most two years after the last contact. You can ask us to delete it sooner, at any time.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, or for it to be corrected or deleted, with a plain e-mail to hello@tasta.dev. We answer within 30 days at the latest, usually much sooner.
